This Privacy Policy describes how NurPaths ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use NurPaths and NurPaths Quran Reels Studio ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you create an account or connect your Google account, we collect:

• Your email address and name (from your Google account)
• Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (to upload videos to your YouTube channel and access your Google Drive on your behalf)
• Your YouTube channel ID
• Usage data such as videos generated, videos posted, and scheduling preferences

We do not collect your Google password. We never have access to it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide the Service:

• Your email is used for account management and service notifications
• Your Google OAuth tokens are used exclusively to upload Quran recitation videos to your YouTube channel as you authorize
• Your YouTube channel ID is used to direct uploads to the correct channel
• We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties under any circumstances

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

NurPaths Quran Reels Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only access Google user data that is necessary to provide the Service
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you explicitly request support, it is necessary for security purposes, or required by law
• We do not transfer your Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

4. YouTube API Services

NurPaths Quran Reels Studio uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf. By using our Service, you are also bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

You can revoke our access to your YouTube account at any time through the Google Security Settings page.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption:

• Database hosted on Supabase (SOC 2 compliant)
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
• All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Payments processed by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant) when applicable

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data within 30 days. Videos already uploaded to your YouTube channel are on YouTube's servers and are not affected by account deletion.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings
• Update or correct your account information

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies beyond Google Analytics for site performance measurement.

9. Children

This Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
