These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NurPaths Quran Reels Studio and all related services provided by NurPaths ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

NurPaths Quran Reels Studio is an automated tool that generates Quran recitation videos with Arabic and English captions and uploads them to your YouTube channel on a schedule you define, using your authenticated Google account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account and Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activity that occurs through your account
• Ensuring your Google account complies with Google's Terms of Service

We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication. We never store your Google password.

4. YouTube and Google Services

By using our Service, you authorize us to upload videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• You remain solely responsible for all content uploaded to your YouTube channel
• All content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• YouTube may restrict, demonetize, or remove content at their sole discretion
• We are not responsible for any actions YouTube takes regarding your channel or content
• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Spam, mislead, or manipulate YouTube's recommendation systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Quran text used in generated videos is in the public domain. Audio recitations are sourced from publicly available APIs for educational and religious use. Background visuals are licensed for use within the Service. You retain ownership of your YouTube channel and all content posted to it.

7. Beta Service

The Service is currently in beta and provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Beta users may receive preferential pricing when paid tiers are introduced.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific results including YouTube views, subscribers, or revenue
• That content will not be flagged or removed by YouTube
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurPaths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of YouTube channel monetization or revenue
• Channel strikes, suspensions, or termination by YouTube
• Loss of data or videos
• Business interruption

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking Google access from your Google Account settings. Videos already posted to your YouTube channel will remain there.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
