These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by NurPaths, a brand operated by EverVita LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms cover two separate products:
1. Quran Video Generator — a downloadable Windows desktop application that generates Quran recitation videos locally on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase.
2. Quran Reels Studio — an online automation service that generates and uploads Quran recitation videos to your YouTube channel on a schedule, using your authenticated Google account.
Sections below are labelled to show which product they apply to. Sections without a label apply to both.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our products. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using a product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you purchase the Quran Video Generator, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use the software on your own devices. You are buying a license to use the software, not the software itself. The purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring subscription.
The application runs locally on your Windows computer. It generates video files on your own machine. It does not require a Google or YouTube account, does not upload anything on your behalf, and does not connect to your social media accounts. What you do with the videos you generate is entirely your responsibility.
The software is designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit) only. It does not run on macOS, Linux, or mobile devices. These requirements are stated clearly before purchase.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share license keys, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software.
The Quran Video Generator is a paid product. The price is displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Quran Reels Studio is an automated online tool that generates Quran recitation videos and uploads them to your YouTube channel on a schedule you define, using your authenticated Google account.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use this service. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0. We never store your Google password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, for all activity through your account, and for ensuring your account complies with Google's Terms of Service.
By using this service, you authorize us to upload videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
Quran Reels Studio may be offered free of charge, in beta, or as a paid service. Where pricing applies, it is shown before you subscribe. We reserve the right to introduce or change pricing with reasonable notice.
Across both products, you agree not to:
The Quran text used in generated videos is in the public domain. Audio recitations are sourced from publicly available recitation APIs for educational and religious use; the rights to each recitation belong to the respective reciters and their publishers, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of any recitation complies with applicable platform rules and copyright. Background visuals provided within our products are licensed for use in videos you create with those products. You retain ownership of the video files you generate and of any channel you post them to. The NurPaths name, branding, and the software itself remain our property.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurPaths and EverVita LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of channel monetization or revenue, platform strikes or suspensions, loss of data or files, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms. For the Quran Video Generator, terminating your access does not remove software already installed on your device, but continued use in violation of these Terms is not licensed. For Quran Reels Studio, you may stop using the service at any time by revoking Google access from your Google Account settings; videos already posted to your channel remain there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email where applicable.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
